WNEM faded in and out with "Joy 1250" in Enontekiö when I captured this "Newsradio 1250" signal . The TOH ID was clear and it was easy to record an MP3 and send it to the station. After a few hours WNEM's Vice President answered me with a kind e-mail including a complete verification. WNEM became my MI #34.
